Lump-Sum Contract

With a Lump-Sum or Fixed-Price Contract, We offer a Set-Price for the entire Construction Project based on specific material specifications and the agreed scope of work. This model is perfect for clients who want to know the total project cost upfront and prefer limited involvement during construction. Once the scope and specifications are finalized, we take full responsibility for completing the project within the agreed budget.

The Cost-Plus Contract provides full Transparency, Flexibility, and Potential cost savings by allowing you to pay the actual Construction costs plus a Fixed fee for our Services. This model is ideal for clients who want to be actively involved in selecting materials and making design changes as they need, Ensuring that you only pay for what you need and receive. It also allows for adjustments as the project evolves.
