When you submit an Objectionable Content Notice or an IP Infringement Notice (collectively referred to as "Notices")

• 1. You affirm the truthfulness of all your statements.
• 2. You acknowledge and consent to our sharing of your Notice with third parties, including the parties engaged in the allegedly objectionable or infringing activities, our affiliated companies, advisors, and other third parties.
• 3. You agree to indemnify Buildhood and its affiliated companies against any claims that may arise from your submission of such a Notice.

Upon receipt of a Notice

• 1. We will assess the contents of the Notice.
• 2. We may take appropriate action as per our policies and applicable law, which could involve requesting additional information from you or removing the content mentioned in your Notice.
